Encrypted drives that follow you

Encrypted, deduplicated drives that compress what you store and stay in sync across every machine you own.

Meshvirt Storage is in private preview — downloads open soon.

What Meshvirt Storage does

A Meshvirt drive looks like an ordinary folder and behaves like one. Underneath, everything is chunked, deduplicated, compressed and encrypted before it is written — and kept in step across your machines without ever handing your files to someone else's cloud.

Encrypted before it is written

Every chunk is encrypted on your machine with a key only you hold. What leaves the disk is ciphertext, so a stolen drive or an intercepted sync is worthless to whoever has it.

Deduplicated and compressed

Repeated content is stored once and the rest is compressed. Code and documents typically pack three to four times smaller; the app reports measured savings, never estimates.

In sync across your machines

Changes replicate between your own devices automatically, encrypted end to end. Every change lands in an append-only ledger, so the history of a drive is traceable and tamper-evident.

Searchable by AI, still private

Each drive carries its own encrypted index, so local AI can find and reason about your files without decrypting the whole drive or sending anything off the machine.

Auto-updates built in — install once, Meshvirt Storage keeps itself current.
